Solution Basically what you will need to get certified are: IWA Membership, Experience, and Knowledge .

1. IWA Membership

You'll will need join as a Full (not Trial or Student) member before you can complete Certification Candidacy Application.

2. Experience Requirements

* CWP Associate - No experience required.
* CWP Specialist - Candidates must work full-time for a period of two (2) years in a given specialization as one of the following: practitioner, reviewer or supervisor within the last five (5) years.
* Master CWP Specialist - Candidates must work full-time for a period of five (5) years in a given specialization as one of the following: practitioner, reviewer or supervisor within the last nine (9) years.

3. Knowledge Requirements

Exams: Each CWP Candidate is required to successfully pass one or more of the respective CIW Certified exams. Please review which CIW exam(s) apply to the your chosen CWP candidacy. The CIW Certified exams are currently the only exams that are approved to meet CWP requirements. http://www.ciwcertified.com
