 I submitted a Ticket (an email), what now?
Solution After submitting a ticket either through the Support site or with an email, you will receive a confirmation email from "help@iwanet.org" confirming our system has received the ticket.

Please make sure that your email system/software does not filter out our emails!

Tickets are currently replied within 24 hour period. If you feel you have not received a response please log on to the Support Site and verify the status of your ticket. Note: Tickets are reviewed Monday - Friday.

1. To verify the status of your ticket log on to the Support site and then click on "View Tickets".

2. You will find a list of all the tickets you have submitted to our Support Team. Click on the ticket in question.

3. On the next page you will find a copy of the ticket that you submitted.
